​​Please Note:

• Minimum night stay is 3 nights over mid-peak, peak season, and all weekends. EXTRA GUESTS FEES APPLY WHEN OVER BASE RATE. There is a $15/Day charge for each additional guest in the off-peak season and a $25/day in the peak season. Every guest, regardless of age must be counted in your total guest count. The additional guest fee will be waived for babies under 2 years of age. 

• We do not allow more than max number of guests, NO exceptions. 

• Guest fees are for those staying on the resort, we do NOT allow off-site guests to visit. 

• There is also a $250-$295 cleaning fee. 

• $500 fee applies on holiday weeks or weekends (Memorial Day, Labor Day, and 4th of July)

• Units 1-6 & 18-22 are on Friday peak season schedules. 7-17 are on Saturday peak season schedules

• NO pets are allowed.

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. A 3% processing fee applies to reservations using credit card.

• Multiple unit reservations may require additional guidelines when booking in the high peak season. Please inquire before booking.
